1. Service Description Mattingly Media provides local SEO and business profile management services via our proprietary software, Vyra. By using our services, you authorize us to manage your Google Business Profile data via the Google API.

2. User Responsibilities Users must be authorized owners or managers of the Business Profiles they connect to our service. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with Google’s Business Profile policies.

3. API Usage Our service integrates with the Google Business Profile API. By using Vyra, you agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability Mattingly Media is not responsible for any suspensions or changes made to profiles by Google. We provide our management tools "as is" without warranty of uptime.

5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate access to the Vyra platform for users who violate Google’s policies or our internal service agreements.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
